She is one part vacation rental industry expert, one part therapist with a dash of prankster to keep you on your toes!
I learned about the power of sales from an early age. Coming from humble beginnings I didn't have a lot of resources, but I had imagination, determination and the courage to experiment. In the 2nd grade I took my meagre allowance from doing chores and bought penny candies on the way to school and then sold them to other kids for profit. This early experience selling candy bars inspired me. I was driven to win, and win I did!
As I got older I always had side hustles selling things, but it wasn't until I was hired by a solar company and quickly became their top salesperson for the entire region and then nationally that I realized sales was my calling.
After that I found myself looking for a new challenge. At the time I was looking to buy a new car for myself, so I got a job selling cars at a dealership. In the process I learned a lot about human nature and sales as a craft. Oh, and I also doubled the record for cars sold in a month at that dealership and was promoted to manager. But it meant long hours on my feet and I wanted to make a change.
That's when I discovered a little start up company called Vacasa Vacation Rentals and became one of their early hires. Vacasa wasn't sure about hiring me because I didn't have a college degree, but I sold myself as someone with real world experience and the tenacity to succeed.
My time with Vacasa was great! I was able to join them at a time when they were defining their sales processes so I was able to make an impact on the front lines talking with homeowners from all over the country about Vacasa's products and services. After 3 years it became apparent that there was no advancement opportunities for me despite my record-breaking sales numbers, so I took a leap of faith and joined a new start up called Vintory.
As Vintory's first hire I was deeply engaged in helping them scale their new business, and I loved working with vacation rental managers. One of the key things I have learned is that business owners, even the most brilliant ones, often don't have a good handle on the sales part of their business. However, with my expert guidance, they have been able to win more deals and grow quickly, which for some, has meant the difference between closing their doors, or selling their company for a profit.
Working with Vintory over the past six years, I've made many great connections and friends. It's become clear that I've found my passion, and when the time was right, I knew that I would start my own consulting business and work for myself.
This is my dream, to do what I love, and do it on my own terms.

In 2010 I became a Reiki Master of Japanese Energy Healing.
Opening a brick and mortar Reiki Practice I gave healing sessions and taught Reiki classes to empower people to take an active roll in their mental health and overall well being. I also provided healing sessions at Stanford's retirement community the Vi.
In 2024 I became a Licensed Hypnotherapist
Helping people to overcome challenges that were holding them
back in various parts of their life.
